It's constructed of cherry, maple and walnut and finished in a mix of premium non-toxic, natural oil and beeswax which gives the wood an amazing appearance and silky feel. The frame's mounted on strong center rails anchored by two evenly spaced legs, providing optimum support and transfers body weight directly to the floor before it reaches the frame, thus making for a stronger, more durable frame, free from any creaking or squeaking. And being that it's a platform bed there is no need for a box-spring.
